Had a tree fall on a rental property on a Saturday morning and this team was on site within 30 minutes. I've worked with this company many times after that for water leaks and other urgent issues. This team is responsive, knowledgeable, and removes the stress from unfortunate and urgent situations. Highly recommend.

Five Star Restoration repaired a water damage, mold issue, damaged gutter and did flooring work for me. During the time they were working on my floors my water heater tank busted and the workers quickly responded to help shut the water off. I reached out to the owner and he sent out his plumber within the next hour, within 4 hours the old tank was drained removed and the new tank was installed. I am so grateful to have found a great company who really takes good care of their clients. The owner and workers were very polite and Professional.

We contacted Five Stars, recommended by a friend, after both the water heater and the dishwasher were leaking. Raphael was very helpful and professional and they addressed the leaks, replaced the water damaged boards, reinstalled the dishwasher and cleaned everything up. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual owner of the company came out to do the final walkthrough to ensure all was good.
